A few things people ask us before their first visit to the academy on S Gilbert Rd.
We train out of 2531 S Gilbert Rd, Ste 111, Gilbert, AZ 85295, and our students come from Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek and the wider East Valley.
Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring water. You do not need a gi, gloves or any gear to get started, and no experience is required. We will book you into a class that matches your age and your goals.
Parents are welcome to watch every class, and we want you to. Our programs run from age 4 up through adults, so if you are not sure where your child fits, come talk to us and we will help you work it out.
Class times are subject to change, so it is worth calling 480-360-5425 to confirm a class before you drive over. Every current class time is listed on our schedule page, and the questions we get asked most are answered on our FAQ page.
